Routines to optimise your health
#habits
The gap between a goal and the daily actions that will get you there is usually a big stumbling block when it comes to building habits. Matt Griswold, a successful entrepreneur and investor offers a useful approach to life:
"Think in decades and act in days."
Working backward from a goal is a far better way of planning than focusing on pain or the current situation you are in. One angle comes from optimism, one comes from fear.

I’ve spent the last 3 or so years working on my daily blueprint for optimal health. Looks like i’m not the only one…
Dr Andrew Huberman suggests these easy and mostly free habits to add into your daily routine, here are my favourites that I use everday:
In the AM
Prioritize light exposure in the morning
Restrict caffeine until 90min after waking
Aim to drink 1L (32 ounces) of water in the first 4 hours of the day
In the PM
Prioritise a consistent bed time
Optimise your sleep environment

Success isn't always about greatness. It's about consistency. Consistent hard work leads to success. Greatness will come.
#mystats
Each week I share my stats for my weekly habits to hopefully inspire you to get after your habits and goals. Here’s what this week looked like:
Super consistent this week, even with a busy week at working meaning that the routine and habits i’ve chosen are repeatable and achievable.
