You know that version of you who’s always going to meal prep tomorrow?
Or wake up early next week?
Or “get back on track” after this weekend?

Yeah — that version of you is a liar.

Future-you will always choose comfort.
That’s why your system needs to outsmart them.

Here’s how:
You make action easier than avoidance.

Want to work out tomorrow morning?
Put your shoes and mat next to the bed.
Load the video in your phone.
Press play before your brain wakes up.

Want to eat better?
Pre-chop the veggies.
Toss the junk.
Make not eating healthy slightly annoying.

The trick is to make your environment do the heavy lifting.
Less willpower. More friction (for the bad stuff).
More momentum (for the good stuff).

#longevity

We think change requires more motivation.
But most of the time, it just requires less resistance.

Your future self will never magically be more disciplined than you are today.
But they will follow a good system.
So build one that works even when you don’t feel like it.

Stack the deck. Remove the guesswork. Lower the bar.

Because if something is easy enough, you’ll do it — even when you’re tired, cranky, or cold.

“The best way to change the future is to change what you're doing right now.”

Seth Godin

Your future self isn’t lazy — they’re just tired of bad systems.
Help them out today.

Until next time,
