The five points of focus for longevity

Perfect balance does not exist. However, defining “minimum standards” will help you achieve balance in periods of imbalance.
Here’s a framework that will help you define your minimum standards in a way that will allow you to drive towards success without unnecessarily sabotaging the other areas of your life:
What is your goal? Think health, wealth or relationships.
Take the two areas that aren’t your primary focus and define your minimum standards. Pick activities that are fun and easy to achieve:
Health: A minimum of 3 workouts or runs in a week
Wealth: Save a minimum of $500 per month
Relationships: Have dinner with my family every night or spend Sunday afternoons with my family every week
Add these to your habit tracker. By defining and measuring your minimum standards, you will be able to intervene and take action early if your standards drop.

Do you know where to start when it comes to improving your chances of living longer?
Peter Attia speaks about the 5 key tactics to improve longevity:
Exercise
Nutrition
Sleep
Supplements
Stress
It might seem overwhelming so here’s a simple way to make instant progress towards your longevity goals:
Rank each tactic in order of how “happy” you are
Whichever scores the lowest, spend some time working out the following:
Where am I now and where do I want to be?
What metrics can I measure?
What are the biggest actions or habits I need to adopt to improve my happiness in this area?
Once you’ve picked your target and the 1-3 things that will move the needle spend the next 28 days measuring your adherence and results
At the end of the 28 days, maintain or adjust as needed.
